Orders are not shipped immediately after purchase.

Since items are prepared by hand, we typically need a short handling period — usually between 2 to 5 business days — before the package is ready to go out.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination:

  • Within the United States, most shipments arrive within 7 to 12 business days

  • International deliveries can take longer, often between 10 to 20 business days

After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Any delays caused by carriers or customs processes are outside our control.
